Talk Pacer does not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal information or usage data. There are no analytics, no tracking, no advertising identifiers, and no third-party data services in the app.
Your talk outlines, section budgets, and rehearsal history are stored only in the app's local storage on your iPhone or iPad. They are never uploaded to us or to anyone else. If you delete the app, that data is deleted with it. Your content may be included in your own device backups (such as iCloud or computer backups) under the settings you control through Apple; those backups are governed by Apple's privacy policy.
Talk Pacer Pro purchases and subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your name, payment details, or any billing information. Purchase records are handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy, and the app checks your purchase status on-device using Apple's StoreKit framework.
The app does not communicate with any servers operated by us. The only network activity related to the app is Apple's own App Store infrastructure for purchases and app updates.
Because Talk Pacer collects no data from anyone, it collects no data from children.
If a future version of Talk Pacer ever changes how data is handled (for example, an optional sync feature), this policy will be updated before that version is released, and the change will be clearly described in the app's update notes.
